What if I have points on my licence?
This does not mean that you cannot rent a car, but call our reservations department on 0870 400 4447 to ensure
that the car rental partner will accept a booking with your endorsements.
Can I make amendments to a booking?

If I print a copy of the voucher, can I reprint it if I later amend a booking?
No - to ensure that you have the correct information on your booking, any changes will need to be faxed or posted
to you. Please contact our web team by emailing vouchers@holidayautos.co.uk.
What do I do if the car I want doesn't appear in the display list?
This could be due to restrictions on the driver age, but if your driver will be between the ages of 25 - 65, there
should not be any restrictions imposed.
How do I know if the car rental partner is on-airport or not?
Locations will vary depending on car rental partner, but most will have a courtesy bus to their office if they
are not located directly in the arrivals lounge.
What is the shortest time in which I can book a car before I travel? What if I fly the same day?
Web bookings can be taken 48 hours before departure. For bookings for collection in the next 48 hours please call
our reservations department on 0870 400 4447.
What happens if I do not have a credit card?
Please ring our reservations department on 0870 400 4447 as some car rental partners will accept cash deposits.
What happens if I have booked 'The MAX' and I cancel? What am I charged?
There are no charges if cancellation is before your rental start date.
Why do I have to put cancellations in writing?
We require letters of cancellation from the customer for proof of cancellation and to keep on our internal files.

a more specific location.

Can I book one way rentals?
Yes, in selected locations. Please call our reservation department on 0870 400 4447 for a quote.
What is the minimum/maximum age to rent a car online?
You must be between 21 and 65 at the time of rental pick-up, but if you are outside this age range please call
our reservations department for a quote on 0870 400 4447.
What if my flight is delayed?
As long as we have been notified of the flight number before you travel and there is an out of hours service available,
the car rental partners will wait (although an out of hours charge payable locally may occur.)
Why should I book on the website? What are the benefits?
It makes financial sense. The cost of an online booking is significantly less than the cost of a phone call. A
guaranteed minimum £10 online discount is available with every booking. Late deals and special offers are updated
on the website regularly, offering you very competitive prices.
How do I find out how much deposit I have to to leave with the car rental partner?
At the booking stage of the online process (stage 3, after you have selected which car you wish to rent), there
is a sub-heading of 'Important Information'. All deposits for both insurance excess and fuel, will be advised at this
stage.
What happens when a car is on-request? How do I know if it is booked/available?
At the booking stage of the online process (stage 3, after you have selected which car you wish to rent), all
on-request cars will be highlighted at this stage, at the top of the page in bold writing. You will then be contacted
within the following 2 days, advising whether the car is available or not.
Where are the additional extras – when do I pay for them?
At the booking stage of the online process (stage 3, after you have selected which car you wish to rent), there
is a sub-heading of 'extras payable locally at time of pick-up'. The cost will be advised there, however you will pay
this when you pick up your vehicle from our car rental partner.
What is the latest day before departure I can make a booking online?
48 hours (2 days) prior to desired rental date.
